This Wimshurst Machine is larger than our standard economy model. It features larger 11" / 275mm acrylic discs, a nicer laminate base, spray-coat long last sectors, light-touch brushes and a center pier to help support the larger acrylic discs. No assembly required, simply attach the hand crank, begin cranking, and watch in wonder as the sparks fly. Instruction guide and helpful hints are included with each unit. This Wimshurst generator can produce up to 5" sparks and develop a maximum charge of up to 125,000 Volts.
